A 2,400 m² multi-temperature facility — chilled, frozen, and a staging dock — built from the slab up and commissioned inside the client’s trading calendar.

Forty-two cabinets and two rack systems moved onto a lower-GWP refrigerant across eleven stores, each changeover done overnight so no store lost a trading day.
